Once we have received your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your return item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspection.
If your return is authorized, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original payment method). You will receive the credit within a number of days depending on your card issuer’s policies.
For PayPal orders only: Due to a mandatory transaction fee charged by Shopify, a 2.25% fee will be deducted from your refund amount.
All refunds can only be issued through the same card or method of payment used during the original transaction.
