However, before you file for a return or a refund, we recommend you make a Free Virtual Tech Support appointment with one of our RMtech Specialists to help solve any technical issues you may have. 

 

Return & Refund Policy

To initiate a product return/refund, please send your order number and reason for return to our Customer Service Department via email. Upon confirmation, our Customer Service specialists will provide you with the shipping label and coordinate the LTL shipment pick-up for your convenience.

After carefully examining your returned item, RMtech will process your refund according to one of the following categories. 

NOTE: Restocking fees will be deducted from the returned item’s total purchase price.

*Anything that negatively affects machine performance upon delivery. Any defects or damages that occur after delivery apply to our warranty policy.

Please be aware that returns of items with customer-caused damage, modifications, or aftermarket alterations that impair performance will not be eligible for acceptance or a refund.

  • · Please note: Software purchases, laser courses, and related services are final and non-refundable. 
  • · Returns and refunds can not to be issued for equipment that is leased or financed due to leasing company terms. We can, however, issue an exchange if the customer agrees to pay all related shipping costs.
