Return & Refund Policy
To initiate a product return/refund, please send your order number and reason for return to our Customer Service Department via email. Upon confirmation, our Customer Service specialists will provide you with the shipping label and coordinate the LTL shipment pick-up for your convenience.
After carefully examining your returned item, RMtech will process your refund according to one of the following categories.
NOTE: Restocking fees will be deducted from the returned item’s total purchase price.
